Highlights of the day:
Eli had his first spelling test of the year and he got every single one right! YAY! He is just the biggest smarty pants in the whole world!
We talked more about the food groups. And in Art he drew a ROCKET!
He had such a great time doing it. If you don't know Eli has always had a love affair with drawing. Today though the art lesson taught shading and light effects! If you look at the top of the smoke to the bottom you will notice that the grey gets lighter towards the bottom. This is because he needed to show the effect of the flames on the smoke cloud. He really enjoyed this project. And Mattmos my art genious husband really enjoyed that he is learning art because it has always been such a big part of his life. :)
Remy's favorite part of his day was his Itchy the Inchworm clip.
It should be interesting to see what he does with it after it is dry tomorrow.
That is our day...maybe next the plans for the rocket can be built! And the master plan can take place! HE-he-he!
