Remember those mysterious eggs Remy found that day we were cleaning up leaf clutter?
Well, they hatched!
And we still have NO idea what they are. Mmmmm...
On a very sad note, bunny was taken to the vet today for Runny poops and a general acting strange. So here we go again. She was given meds and we are to continue them here at home. She has some bug that starts with a C. OUR POOR BUNNY. It is totally unrelated to the last bunny. We have had her for a week and 2 days. And I LOVE her so much. :(
I have been offering her food from my hand here and there, the only way she will eat and using her med syringe to give little sips of water. I am FREAKED out, I am so sad. I know from the last bunny that low sugar and dehydration is a BIG issue. And now with the runny poops. :(
I have not seen anymore poop since she came home. So maybe that is on the mend? Pray for our little girl!

Oh... I'm sorry to hear your bunny isn't doing too well! I hope she gets better... careful not to feed her anything from the cabbage family, and no iceberg lettuce... those give rabbits the runs. Apples can help them feel better. Anyway, you likely knew all that.
The bugs are cool. I have no idea what they are either... but they're neat. :-)
I hope your bunny gets better, and I hope your bugs are nothing noxious. :-)
The poopy's are not liquid anymore, but soft soft soft misshappen pellets. She was diagnosed coccidia and is on her meds. :(
I even caught her drinking on her OWN! YAY!
Thankyou for the apple tip.
I have been a crazy woman with the vet, the pet store, and online research. I can't believe the luck we have had. Even the vet said that this is not something we did. That she was sick due to something she had carried with her here.
YAY! Glad your bunny is on the mend...on another note- those bugs are interesting! I hope they aren't poisonous! Those markings on their backs are suspicious!

I hope that the bunny will be ok. I will cross my fingers and say some prayers for y'all. Poor little thing. Keep us informed on the progress.
I THINK that I may have found your bugs. Take a look here and tell me what you think. Scroll down the page until you see the title: Immature Harlequin Bugs

I hope Bunny is feeling better!
So what are you going to do with the bugs now?
Rhonda!!! You FOUND them!!!!!!!! Bug hugs!!!!
We are letting them go today. :) Funny little critters, they ran up the side of the habitat and have stayed huddled there in a group. Silly stink bugs!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. :)
We had back yard bunnies for a couple of years and they ate like pigs. :) I'm glad yours has a diagnosis and is on the mend.
And you're NE La? My family is in Alexandria and my cousins are in school in Ruston! What a small world.
Those eggs were just so interesting looking that when they hatched, I had to go and see what they were. It was fun looking for info on them.
So how is the bunny? I hope all better.
Bunny is only eating if I make a bunny "formula" and feed her with a syringe. She is not acting the way she was...and I am just praying that God will use my love and care to save her. :( She is so sweet!
Flea, yes we are in NE LA. Very close to your cousins. :)
I am sending prayers your way for bunny. Poor little thing. I am crossing my fingers and toes too.
