Look at What Daddy Had Hidden in his Coat Last Night!

Elijah had just finished his recent cake order and I was getting us all ready for a very late bedtime because of it. In walks Daddy with a wiggly something in his coat. We all went crazy with squeals! :)

Noey thinks the puppy is all his! He has this delight in his eyes that we just can't capture on camera yet. He is besides himself with puppy joy!

He keeps telling me to nurse the puppy...no joke. He will make the puppy sign and then the baa baa milkie sign. Isn't he sweet to want to share that with his new puppy?

Lots of nose kisses.

They each tried to steal her from me multiple times.

Remy insisted he and the puppy were so sleepy and that they needed to be left alone.

Matthew was doing an ADT job and these pug/weenie mix pups where there. He said he had made it up in his mind that I needed one and that one little girl would be my new puppy since my Juliet doggie passed away this summer. I wasn't looking for a puppy because the boys each have a weenie doggie and my heart is so raw from the loss of Dewy (Juliet). I mean, I had that doggie since before I was married. So, here I begin a new chapter with my new girl. I think Dewy Doggie would approve. :)

Who can resist a smiling husband coming in from the cold with a warm puppy in his hands? Not me! So, she is here to stay. :) Now, what should I name her?

An Early Treat From My SWEET!

I love owls!

Look what Mattmos gave me!

I had a yummy cup of Earl Grey in it last night. The children now live in fear of breaking it and refuse to take it on the tile floor themselves. Ha ha!

Smart kids. I would bawl!
