Remy's Leaves

Remy really enjoyed this little art project.


It had been a long time since he had used the colored chalks. He always loves anything he can do messy. Rubbing that chalk back and forth to make a messy pattern was his thing.





The messy hands were a plus, too.








It is always so nice to finish something so pretty.





The best part is when I can put them on the fridge. :) I love covering it in the work they do.





While Elijah was learning about China I found this on a piece of paper. I guess Remy was listening in? :)

Remy Art

He liked making this elephant. He cut out a pattern, traced it on his scrapbooking paper he bought and then cut them out.











He always makes a pose with his art. :)

Remy made a little duck with feathers.








He drew this Bess Beetle on a snail mail letter he wrote to one of his favorite friends.





I found these two taped to his school desk one evening. I guess his drawings converse these days.








He created this elephant by tracing his scissors.

Spring Art

I always like the pieces of art that I can set out on my coffee table or place up on the mantel. Remy made this little pond scene and it looks so sweet on the coffee table. :)

Spring Flowers

Remy made this really sweet flower this week. He loved making it "pop" out. ;)








I love the way it turned out.


Look at how dutiful Noah is when it comes to clean up time after art. Such a nice and helpful baby.

Art

Elijah is still all about the origami. Matthew and I bought them each a calendar for one a day. Remy's is sitting untouched and Eli will put off doing it for a week or so and then sit and make them all up at once. This is his rice bowl. I think he forgot to use it that night. He had asked me that day if we were having rice for supper.





Remy drew and colored this house. My mother calls it her house that he will build her. :)





He also put in a little garden for her. ;)
