Remy's Reads a Story

We had a normal day here. But the cold decided to visit us once again. BURRR...

Remy read this story today that I printed out and then I had him draw a picture about it.

What I had in mind was that the mat was just not big enough for both Liz and Jan. Remy thought Jan was just too fat! HEE HEE!

We also went to the library and I have to say one of my favorite things to do is to refill the library book shelf in our living room with new books.

I got books on the next "Story of the World" unit. I am so looking forward to reading the classic written stories of "Arabian Nights" with the boys. My mother loved those stories when I was a little girl. Which gave me a new idea for a gift for her when needed. :)

Eli got more gem books. But to my surprise he got NEW books! His gem obsession now includes birds! Yay!

Remy of course borrowed books on frogs, well what he calls amphibians. I love hearing that word coming out of his little mouth. :)

I also got some more reading books for Remy and some story ones for me to read to him.

The public library is really one of the governments BEST contributions. Really, why do we need confining public school when we have the LIBRARY????
