It was a FUN day. The kids raced around that rink from 1-5pm! I could NOT keep Eli's blood sugars up. He was 50 the entire time. He had peanut butter and crackers, two regular sugary soda's, and cotton candy without insulin. He was working HARD you guys! *laugh* Matthew says that maybe Taylor's beauty heals him. *laugh*

I also wanted to share my pretty owl watering pitcher.

I got it last year when the owl craze for me started. :) Isn't he cute? I felt like a little girl in my garden with it. :)

We did get our lessons in before the skate. Always a plus.

We are finishing up today's lessons, Matthew is leaving for work, and we have been invited to blackberry picking, water slide fun, with vegetable soup for dinner! I think we will forego the mowing of the yard and housework for another day of fun! :) Pictures to follow!

You need to meet us at bowling next Friday. The homeschool group decided to keep doing it through the summer...it is only $3.00 per child for 2 whole hours of all you can bowl. We even get our own lane! My kids love it and I love the price.
I'm glad you had fun skating yesterday!

Looks like a lot of fun for all. I enjoyed that comment of Taylor healing Eli. How sweet was that? Such a wonderful thought. That little owl pitcher is darling! I love it!
