Today my bloggy friends I weighed in at 180.4!!!!!
That is so NEAT! I am almost below 180! Can you believe that. I started at 194-195ish! Two months of taking it one day at a time. This was an easy week this week. I didn't cry or ache for a pig out like last week.
Measurements:
Arms: 14.5 to 13.5
Thighs: 26 to 24
Bust: 43.5 to 39.5
Waist: 41.5 to 35
Hips: 48.5 to 44.5
High Belly fat: 37 to 35
Low Belly fat: 47 to 44.5
I have lost a total of 22 inches now!
Guys I only have 30.4 pounds to go until I am at my goal weight!

I'm sorry, but the very scientific terms of "high belly fat" and "low belly fat" killed me! Good thing I wasn't drinking coke when I read that!

I am still amazed each time I weigh in on Saturdays! I know for two weeks there it was like why am I doing this. I had lost not even half a pound for each week during that time and then BAM! Saturday I was smiling. I kept getting off and getting back on that scale to MAKE SURE! Hee hee!
You guys keep me going. I love being able to come here and say LOOK LOOK I LOST SOME MORE!
