A Remy Funny...

"Mommy will Bumble be able to sit in Santa's lap, too? Well, I bet Santa will love that because he doesn't have any children...well anymore."

First off, I had no idea Santa had children.

Second of all, why aren't they around anymore??? HA HA!

A Remy Funny!

Oh goodness this boy!

He runs to me all excited. He runs to me all the day to tell me something or other. Hee hee...

"Mommy, Mommy, babies are like mushroom spores! They start from NOTHING and they turn into a whole BIG something really fast!"

HA HA HA HA HA HA!

Yes, babies are a little like mushroom spores. ;) I feel like I swallowed the mother of all mushroom spores! HA HA!

Remy's Various Critters...and a Remy Funny!

I am so happy that Remy can now find and catch and release so many little animals. It was about to kill him, the winter. He was sick and tired of not having anything to catch. ;)

He found these one day on a tree. They were TINY!!!

This really pretty visitor stayed for a while.

Remy has caught lizards of course. And this next set of critters were found and he exclaimed they were mating.

Which led to him saying something that almost had Matthew falling into the pool as he was cleaning it and ME unable to breathe from laughter. Are you ready? Well, first do you remember this
POST? Well, now you do. HEE HEE. Well, we were all sitting there after the mating bugs flew away and he brought up the mating lizards he has seen. He says, "So, Mommy, aren't you glad that daddy doesn't climb up onto your back for you to have babies?" There it is! Enjoy! Have a great laugh! OH BOY, what are we going to do with this one? I will tell you that no one answered his question. HA HA!

A Remy Funny

I found this on my kitchen counter one day. He had caught a minnow in the creek and kept it. LOVE HIM!

Easy Yolk

Remy was on the phone with his daddy today. He was telling him what he had left to do in school for the day.
Remy: "Daddy I have my spelling and my reading left and then I am all done! Oh, and I have my God stuff, you know, his yolk is easy and stuff."
He was quoting from Matthew, "My yoke is easy and my burden is light".
HA HA HA HA HA HA!
May you all have easy yolks on this sweet Good Friday. Happy Easter, everyone!

A VERY Remy Funny

Today we were driving and Elijah was complaining how he was just tired of the cold and he needed warm weather to stay. I told him, "Oh, you have spring fever." He says, "NO, I could just skip the spring and go straight to summer!" I said, "NOOOO, then I will have to be big and fat pregnant in the summer for longer!" He giggled and said, "Yea..."

I then say, "You know I am hot when it is cold."

Remy pipes in with, "...and cold when it is HOT."

We all laugh and I said that yes, that was true, that the baby just couldn't make up its mind.

Silence and then.......

Remy says, "Soooo, Mommy, your baby is contrary?"

I am trying to not wreck the car with my priceless sweeties in the car while trying not to giggle at him because he is so cute. He hates that by the way. He is a man and we shouldn't laugh cause he is cute. *snicker*

I ask him WHERE he heard that word or even knew what it meant. He says, with that you can be so ignorant mommy rolly eye look, "Uh, Word Girl!"

I am again shown...that PBS is my child's best teacher! I am so putting them in my speech for Remy's homeschool graduation. Thanks, PBS, for educating my children while I am not. :) Your priceless.
