We had a WONDERFUL weekend. Friday night Matthew played with the boys and I got these really GREAT photos of Remy hanging upside down.
He played with Bunny for a while, Bunny now has a name! Beatrix! Matthew named her. She loved this blanket that was in the floor.
She BEGS to get out and loves to run around picking whose lap she will grace with her presence. :) Very sweet girl, I am so very thankful she is still with us.
Here are some photos of Remy that night...he is such a ham.
Saturday we went to Mrs. Sherri's house for her daughter Madison's bday party. It was the most fun we have had in a long time. I was able to meet Sherri's twin sister and to see them together is such a blast! They were both such a blessing to me yesterday. I enjoyed my time with them. They are one of those few people in life that you meet and click with. Being with them is easy and it refills your cup for many more days. Vicki has a little son named Landon who is Remy's age and I could have watched him play all night. He is really drawn to music and I bet that he has something to do with music as a grown man.
If you want to stop by Sherri's blog you will be in for a treat: http://ourplaceourplace.blogspot.com/
My boys were SUPER creative today. They made bows and arrows out of stick and rubber bands! Enjoy the photos and video!
How much they enjoyed this!
Tonight I made dinner for Matthew's store meeting he held here at the house. It was very yummy and everyone had a good time. They didn't leave until 9pm! I was a little sad to see them go.
I can't wait for the new week of school! I sure hope that my core stuff from abeka is printed and shipped this week. They are behind on the "3rd" grade stuff. I can't wait! Eli wants to see his new stuff too.

Look at the smile on Remy's face while hanging upside down. That is pure happiness.
Bunny is just precious. Around Easter we always see them around here and the girls love to go and pet them. They are so soft and cuddly.
I love the bows and arrows. Funny how kids can have the most expensive toys and a little stick and a rubberband can make them have the most fun. LOL!
I love visiting Sherri's blog. She is such a sweet lady and I have never even met her. Glad to hear that y'all had a good time at the party.
I hope that Eli's books come in on time. Today is President's Day. Does the mail run today? Our banks and some of the businesses are closed today. I am not to sure about the mail and deliveries, but I hope that it does run for your sake. I love getting packages!
I love the bows and arrows!! My step-son did a bows-n-arrows camp in Colorado and lived in a teepee, and had the time of his life.
Ooooo, a bows-n-arrows camp! You don't say! Do you have a link for this place?
I just love that sweet little Remy face :) He is so precious! And the bow and arrows are awesome and it looks like they had a lot if fun with them!
You are too sweet!! It's amazing how the three of us got along. You could have spent the night and fit right in!!!
The bow and arrow..wow! I will have to show my kids that and inspire them to make some. They made some spears after our poverty point field trip one year, but never bow and arrows...wow!!!
I LOVED Poverty Point. Thinking I should take the boys now that they are older. :)
