A Day with Family...

When the children and I went to Florida we took the Wii with us. My parents have this HUGE tv (I hate tv's anyway an big ones just are so gross to me) that makes the characters they are playing almost life size. Needless to say, I have been begged for a bigger tv since we have arrived home.

My grandfather (my dad's father) Pawpaw Jack even got in on the bowling! He looked so cute! LOVE that man! :)

Kayley would get this box of beads and string out each time she was over and she would set herself to the task of stringing each and every bead. I think Aunt Chelita will be mailing something along these lines to her very soon. :)

My father is a work-out KING and he and Remy made plans to feel the burn! They didn't ever make time for their jogging like they usually do, but Remy did get to use the treadmill. My father called us back to his "room" so we could see Remy running fast. My father was cracking up so hard! He said that Remy was running so fast that his legs looked like rubber or like a cartoon character where the legs look like wheels. HEE HEE! The thing goes up to 12 mph and Remy made it to 10 before we left. He vows to be just as good as Pawpaw and reach the 12 very soon.

MY Amy! :) Silly girl!

Kayley decided that she would like to sing on the Wii. Cutie Pie!

These photographs of my father with Amy are too cute!

My sister is hooked and wanted to keep our Wii for her very own. She was rockin' out! I miss you Tabby Jean!

Now here is my dad, the health nut, eating out of the cake pan. Hey, it was red velvet, what did we expect? :)

My mother holding Amy and singing...it is nice to have a nanna who can play too...even when she is sad.

Remy had this thing about wearing everyone's glasses. It did make for lots of giggles and sweet photos. :)

Have you ever noticed that all the rules for a child are out the door when they visit the grandparents? My kids were pulling out anything and everything they could find. Now when I was little this would not have been allowed, it would have been called an adult game. *sigh*

Remy and Kayley got along so much better this time. Whew! I think they both aged and Kayley has learned to share Nanna because of her little sister. Whatever it was the mix of the two wasn't toxic like last time and it made it so much more enjoyable.

Again, just look at my sweet big-eyed baby! I love her so much!

My father started the movie "Planet of the Apes" and they stayed up really late watching it. I love the photos I was able to get. :) There is nothing like a Pawpaw!

I think your boys look like your father...do you? That last picture is the sweetest!!

Looks like very good family time and it's always a plus, a blessing, when the kids get along.

My parents have a 6 foot TV. It freaks me out. HD on it makes me positively dizzy.
