Nature Hunt

We are slowly getting back to normal here at our house. :) I caught up on Remy's phonics, reading, and community helpers study. Elijah did a full days work, finally! The main attraction of the day was the Nature Hunt the kids had. :)

They are just so cute together!

Remy is the master of finding any little critter! :) Everyday he turns over every rock or brick, and he searches all the hot spots to be sure he doesn't miss a thing!

It pays off because yesterday he found the strangest thing yet! I didn't get a photo of it, darn it! But I looked it up for you. It was a shovel headed garden worm. It was FREAKY!

Isn't that just wild????

Remy caught another baby crawfish.

We have alot more of these planned and I am so glad, because they loved it. :)

The corn plants are doing so well. I think they are so pretty.

Our "Dragon Tongue" beans are getting so big!

I am doing much better...just ready to be able to lift normally again. Matthew is still on the lookout for a good job. Keep praying for us!

I think I will leave you with some funny Remy moments. :) Enjoy...

What's wrong with this picture? The dragon slayer has dragon feet?

I was getting ready for bed and Remy did this! It started out with him pretending he was pregnant and it progressed to him stuffing whatever he could into those jammies. We were laughing so hard. I love children! They bring me such joy!

Great nature hunt! It looks like a whole lot of fun. That worm is so odd! We have never seen one like that before.
Your little garden is coming along nicely. We picked our first sweet banana pepper and a tiny cherry tomato a few days ago. Lindsay swiped those right up and gobbled them up.
Love those dragon feet! Remy just always puts a smile on my face.
I am happy to hear that you are recovering and am praying for your husband to find that perfect job daily. Sending hugs to you and your family.

Hi...what cool critters! That worm is just bizarre- I didn't even know such a thing existed...and pregnant boys? Brilliant :0) I'll be smiling about that all day!
