Day Five...the Last Day is Always so Sad

The last day was hard. We were dealing with those end of vacation blues, lack of sleep, exhaustion, and catching up on anything we missed! We woke Noah up with tickles and he giggled and started the morning with his brand of sweetness.









My boys loved the Toy Story figures at our resort.

















Look who we ran into again!





While everyone else rode the river raft ride Noah and I hung out and people watched. I love his little spiky doo that daddy fixed him up with. :)




Remy shared his favorite spot with Noah...





It is moments like this that pop up without warning and make the trip special. Remy was so happy about this. :)





This was the hard day for Noah. He was really done...we were too.

My mom was done with walking and so she rented a ride. My boys were always trying to snitch a ride.





Sharing Disney with this boy was delightful.





The highlight of this day was Remy begging to ride Space Mountain after he chickened out the first day. It was midnight and I pulled everyone with me to give him that chance. He did it and was proud of himself. This happened to be Elijah's favorite ride, too.


I went to sleep that night upset to be leaving my mother the next day. *sigh*

Day 2 of Vacation

Day Two started with Remy's favorite...the safari at Animal Kingdom. :)

Remy was pulled from the audience and was so freaked to be in front of all those people. He looks like he is going to cry! Poor guy! He stayed out there though and has a story to tell. I will say, he was very wary of being singled out the rest of the trip.





The bird show is always the best. :) My shy Remy DID go up after the show to talk to this guy for about 10 minutes. He wasn't the least bit shy to be one on one with an animal guy. ;)














Paw Paw and Noah!








When we brought Noah back for his nap we found the housekeeping had set his Betsy giraffe up to watch the tube. Hee hee...





At our resort there was always bunnies...Remy was sure he would catch one.





The aquariums at the Nemo ride was so fun for Noah. He was enchanted.

Remy's favorite dessert the whole trip. :) A chocolate mousse. Pretty nifty, eh?





I can't believe so much time has passed from the 2nd when we were there to now. I miss my vacation! Wah!

Day 3 of Disney Vacation - Animal Kingdom!

Day 3 was our ULTIMATE favorite day! Animal Kingdom just rocks and my little Indiana Jones/Steve Irwin LOVED IT!

Look at this HUGE guy just sunning himself. :) I wanted to hold him and then steal him away home. :) Remy felt the same way.

I fell in love with these fish in the Africa part...just beautiful!

And this little guy...how darn cute!!!

We waited and waited for this shot and finally Mr. Gorilla turned and we snapped it. Loved how he held his had over his brow to shade the sun. I wanted to hug him!

This is the BIG tree in the middle and the show inside, bug's life, is the best! YOU HAVE TO GO!

We ate at an India place and the desserts were YUM-O!

The bird show made me miss my little birdie friend at home. :)

The bats! It took me a bit to realize that there was no glass! You could reach out and touch them had they been close enough! Wow!

Remy had to take this picture! LOL! Monkey went everywhere. And when he saw Rafiki he showed him too...Rafiki was quite taken with Remy and did a little heart pitter patter mimic with his hands. :)

This little brown monkey is someone that Remy takes along EVERYWHERE! He is a part of the family. :)

The lion king show was PERFECT! We were so close. See Eli's face? It was pure magical joy! I am crying now thinking of it! Thanks to Animal Kingdom for giving my boys a wonderful day. It was so magical!
